Dryer Vent Superheroes of North Phoenix is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a passion for social media to join our dynamic team. This role provides crucial support to our daily operations while also contributing to our online presence and engagement. Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Schedule and publish social media posts.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond appropriately.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on key findings.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable).
- Grow and engage online communities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in Google Applications
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
